Consent
What you agree to when you ask to be contacted
Version 1. This page is written for the person filling in a form, not for lawyers.
When you tick the box
You are agreeing that a participating MVA or workers' compensation law firm may contact you about the request you sent, using the phone number, email address or messaging preference you gave. You are not agreeing to hire anyone, and you are not agreeing to pay for anything.
What you might receive
- A phone call from a participating law firm's office.
- A text message confirming a time to speak, if you asked for one.
- An email confirming that your request was received.
- A short reminder if an office was not able to reach you.
What you will not receive
- Marketing about unrelated products or services.
- Messages that describe your injury in a subject line or preview.
- Anything at all, once you tell us to stop.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any text message, or tell the person who calls you that you do not want further contact. You can also email privacy@starkmeridiancroft.com and ask us to stop. We act on it immediately, and we record it so nobody contacts you again through this program.
Message rates
Standard message and data rates from your own phone provider may apply. We do not charge you anything.
What consent does not mean
Agreeing to be contacted does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not mean a claim has been filed, and is not an opinion about your situation.
