We are not lawyers, we do not give legal advice, and we do not decide whether anyone has a claim. We run advertising campaigns and pass requests for contact to participating MVA and workers' compensation law firms.
The firm responsible for your request
Each campaign is run for one participating law firm. That firm is responsible for the advertising you saw and for the conversation you have. The name of the firm responsible for your request is given to you before anyone contacts you, and again by the person who calls.
Nobody becomes your lawyer automatically
Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship only begins if you and a law firm agree to it in writing. You are free to choose any lawyer, or none at all, and the first conversation costs you nothing.
