Law firms
Would you rather test this than sign for it?
A pilot is a capped test of MVA and workers' compensation lead generation. We agree on geography and qualification criteria, set the volume or cap, and deliver qualifying leads exclusively to your firm. When it ends, it ends.
For attorneys and firm administrators. Injured people should not use this page.
No ongoing commitment. Criteria, price, and cap are agreed before launch.
Why a pilot
An annual agreement answers none of the questions you actually have
You cannot tell from a contract whether the inquiries match what your attorneys will take on.
Without an agreed standard, every bad lead is an argument instead of a simple fix.
A budget with no cap removes the only control you have while you are still learning.
Volume that arrives faster than intake can answer it converts for somebody else.
How it runs
Five steps, in this order
A straightforward test with clear criteria, volume, delivery, and review.
- 01
01 - Agree geography and criteria
Define the markets and MVA and workers’ compensation inquiries your firm wants us to pre-qualify.
- 02
02 - Set the volume or cap
Choose a lead volume and spending limit your intake team can handle.
- 03
03 - Launch lead generation
We run campaigns based on the agreed geography and qualification criteria.
- 04
04 - Deliver qualifying leads
We pre-qualify inquiries, verify leads where appropriate, and deliver qualifying leads exclusively to your firm.
- 05
05 - Review and adjust
Review lead volume, qualification, and basic performance feedback. Adjust criteria or volume if needed.

Fit
Whether this is worth your time
This is for you if
- You handle MVA and workers' compensation matters and want more of a specific kind.
- Someone can answer a new inquiry the same day, reliably.
- You are willing to write down what qualifies rather than judge case by case.
- You want a capped test before any ongoing arrangement.
This is not for you if
- You want volume without a defined standard.
- Nobody can return calls within the day.
- You are looking for a guaranteed number of retained matters - we do not offer one.
- You need the arrangement to start before criteria are agreed.
Straight answers
The questions firms ask first
- What does a pilot cost?
- It depends on the criteria, geography, and volume you set. You see the agreed price per qualifying lead and the cap before launch.
- What if a lead doesn't match the criteria?
- Inquiries that do not meet the agreed criteria are not delivered or billed. If a delivered lead does not match, raise it under the agreed credit terms.
- Are these leads shared with other firms?
- No. Inquiries generated for your pilot go to your firm only.
- What happens when the pilot ends?
- It stops. There is no automatic renewal and no notice period to serve.
- Can you promise a number of signed matters?
- No. We commit to the agreed qualification criteria, exclusive delivery, and your chosen volume or cap. Your firm handles intake, case evaluation, and retention.
