Law firms
Want the pilot written down as a document you can hold us to?
A proposal sets out the agreed criteria, volume, period, spending cap, delivery method, and credit terms. Tell us what your firm needs.
For attorneys and firm administrators. Injured people should not use this form.
A proposal is a draft. Nothing is agreed until your firm says so in writing.
Why on paper
A pilot works best when the criteria and cap are clear
If the qualification criteria are not agreed, nobody can say whether a lead met them.
If the cap is not written, spend drifts past the point you meant to stop at.
If a delivered lead misses the agreed criteria, the agreed credit terms apply.
The document
Eight sections, no appendices, no figures we have not discussed
- 01 - Criteria version
- The approved standard the pilot screens against, named and dated.
- 02 - Geography
- The states or regions in scope, and anything deliberately excluded.
- 03 - Volume and period
- Records per week, the span of the test, and how pace is adjusted.
- 04 - Spending cap
- The figure at which delivery stops without further written approval.
- 05 - Record format
- The fields present on every record, and the route they reach you by.
- 06 - Review window
- How long your team has to raise a record, and what raising one requires.
- 07 - Credit rule
- What happens when a record is upheld as outside the standard.
- 08 - Ending it
- How either side stops, with what notice, and what happens in progress.
Illustrative outline of the document structure. It contains no pricing until your criteria and volume are settled.

Ask for it in writing. Read it. Change whatever is wrong.
Fit
When to ask for the document
This is for you if
- Your criteria are written down, or close enough to draft against.
- You know roughly what volume your intake can absorb in a week.
- Someone at the firm has to see it on paper before agreeing anything.
This is not for you if
- You have not decided what a qualifying inquiry is yet.
- You want a price before any of the scope is settled.
- You are an injured person seeking representation. This is a firm-side document.

Straight answers
What the proposal is and is not
- Is a proposal a contract?
- No. It is a draft of the terms of a test. Nothing binds either side until your firm approves a version in writing.
- Will it contain a price?
- It contains the economics once criteria and volume are settled, because those are what a figure depends on. We will not put a number against a scope that does not exist yet.
- How long does it take?
- Usually one business day from a complete request, longer if we have to come back with open questions first.
- What if we change our minds after reading it?
- Then say so and we redraft or stop. A proposal declined costs you nothing and is a perfectly ordinary outcome.
