About
What Stark Meridian Croft is, in plain terms.
Why we do it, how we do it, and what we actually do - in that order, because the order is the whole point.
Why we do it
Because growing a practice should not mean lowering its standards.
An MVA and workers' compensation firm grows by signing more suitable cases. To do that, its intake team needs to talk to more of the right injured people - people in the firm's service area, with the kinds of injuries the firm handles, who actually asked to be contacted. For an MVA firm that might mean a recent accident, a clear account of fault, ongoing medical treatment, available insurance coverage, and no prior representation. For a workers' compensation firm it might mean a reported work injury, a covered employment situation, and an open claim.
The usual ways of getting those conversations ask the firm to take quality on faith: buy a list, trust a dashboard, argue about the bill later. We believe a firm should be able to buy growth the way it buys anything else that matters - with the standard written down, the price known in advance, and a receipt it can check.
That belief is the reason this business exists. Everything below is what it looks like in practice.
How we do it
Everything is written down before anything is sold.
Your criteria come first. Before any advertising runs, we sit with your firm and write down what a suitable inquiry looks like - states, injury or accident types, accident date, fault, medical treatment, insurance coverage, prior representation, employment situations, languages, exclusions. That document is the standard every inquiry is checked against.
One firm per inquiry. When an injured person asks for help and passes your screening, the record goes to your firm only. It is never sold twice.
The price and the budget are fixed in advance. Each product has its own billable event, defined in writing and priced against your criteria before launch. Weekly volume and total spend are capped at numbers you set. There is no retainer and no surprise invoice.
Problems have a written process. If a delivered record does not match your criteria, the credit policy - published on this site - decides what happens. Not a negotiation.
What we do
We sell screened inquiries, live transfers, and signed cases.
Concretely: we sell four things to plaintiff law firms. Screened MVA and workers' compensation inquiries: people injured in motor vehicle accidents or at work who answered screening questions, delivered exclusively to one firm. Live phone transfers that connect a screened person directly to your intake team. Signed cases. And signed commercial cases and catastrophic commercial cases, which are MVA products involving commercial insurance and, for the catastrophic tier, injuries documented as catastrophic.
We advertise to injured people in the states our client firms serve, in plain language, in the languages we can serve. A person who asks for help answers a structured set of questions. We screen and verify the facts against your firm's written criteria, including insurance and injury documentation where your criteria require it, then deliver the record - contact details, consent, screening answers, timestamps - to your intake team, fast, and only to you.
Your attorneys keep all legal judgment, the attorney-client relationship, and the decision to represent. A screened inquiry is not a retained client. What you are buying is a suitable conversation your intake team did not have to generate itself - with the paperwork to prove it was suitable.
The short version
Why, how, what - on one card.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Why we do it | A firm should be able to grow without lowering its standards or guessing what it paid for |
| How we do it | Written criteria first, exclusive delivery, fixed price, capped budget, a published credit policy |
| What we do | Sell screened MVA and workers' compensation inquiries, live phone transfers, signed cases, and signed commercial and catastrophic commercial cases, each screened to the firm's own written rules, one firm per inquiry |
Standards
What we hold ourselves to.
Each of these is something a buyer can inspect, which is the test we apply before we claim it.
| Commitment | What we do | What you can inspect |
|---|---|---|
| Clear qualification | Firm-specific screening rules agreed before delivery | Agreed qualification criteria and clear lead details |
| Accountable billing | Explicit billable events and a published credit procedure | Itemized delivery and credit history |
| Visible performance | Reporting through contact, consultation, and retention | Lead delivery, volume, qualification, and basic performance feedback |
| Respectful acquisition | Accurate consumer messaging and clear contact expectations | The actual consumer journey and contact records |
| Focused service | Limited geography and a limited number of participating firms | Defined coverage, volume caps, and response commitments |
Why it is built this way
The founder’s values, translated into things a buyer can check.
Connor Erickson runs Stark Meridian Croft because he wanted the way he earns money to match the standards he holds himself to. That is the reason behind the operating model - not a substitute for the records that prove it works.
| The value behind it | What you experience as a buyer |
|---|---|
| Honest attribution | The founder’s prior lead generation experience is kept separate from results Stark Meridian Croft produces for participating firms |
| Ownership | Errors are investigated against the records, and charges the records cannot support are credited |
| Integrity | “Qualified” means your written criteria - never a convenient sales label applied after delivery |
| Purposeful work | Injured people are treated as people requesting help, with accurate messaging and clear contact expectations |
| Deep learning | Every engagement begins with a capped pilot, so the criteria are tested against your own records before volume grows |
Experience
Who runs it, and how engagements begin.
Connor Erickson has worked in lead aggregation for seven years across several verticals, including campaigns across the U.S. for personal injury firms. He was mentored by an executive vice president of a Fortune 500 company, specializes in marketing, and brings experience in consumer behavioral psychology. That experience is his; it is not presented as Stark Meridian Croft’s results.
Stark Meridian Croft is a young company, and every engagement begins with a capped pilot on terms agreed in writing.
Stark Meridian Croft is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Participating firms are independent and responsible for their own professional obligations.
