Our mission
Should your firm buy a definition of quality it did not write?
Stark Meridian Croft exists so that law firms define what qualifies before they pay for it - in writing, versioned, and inspectable on every delivered inquiry.
A commercial service for plaintiff-side MVA and workers’ compensation firms. Not a law firm, and no legal advice.
Criteria written by you · Records with every inquiry · No results claimed
The problem we exist to fix
Legal lead buying runs on a definition the buyer never wrote.
“Qualified” is decided by the seller, after delivery, in the seller’s favour.
Firms pay for activity and absorb the cost of every inquiry that was never inside their criteria.
When something goes wrong there is no shared document, so the loudest party wins.
How we operate
Four commitments, applied in this order.
Each one is a document rather than an assurance, which is what makes it checkable.
- 01
The firm writes the definition
Acceptance rules, screening questions and exclusions come from your intake, not from our template.
- 02
Nothing runs before it is signed
The standard is agreed in writing, versioned, and changed only forward from an agreed date.
- 03
Every inquiry carries its record
Screening answers are captured as they happen and delivered with the inquiry, so any charge can be inspected.
- 04
Outcomes come back and sharpen it
A short status on each delivered inquiry is written back into the criteria for the next month.
What we hold ourselves to
The limits we publish on purpose.
- 01
Say plainly what we do not do
No legal advice, no guaranteed cases, no results claims. Stark Meridian Croft is a commercial service for law firms.
- 02
Publish nothing we cannot show
Performance claims wait until participating firms have reviewed the underlying records and approved the presentation.
- 03
Price against the standard, not the traffic
Billing follows the written criteria, at a pace your intake agreed it can absorb.
- 04
Turn down work we cannot screen
If the service areas, languages or matter types are outside what we can screen for, we say so before anything starts.
Where responsibility sits
A clear line between commercial work and legal judgment.
| Responsibility | Owner |
|---|---|
| Defining what qualifies | Your firm, in writing, before launch |
| Screening and the lead record | Stark Meridian Croft |
| Contacting each person and assessing the matter | Your law firm |
| Legal advice and representation | Your law firm, always |
| Issue review | Compared with the written criteria in force |
Put it to the test
Send us the standard your firm already uses.
If we can screen to it, we will say so and show you how it would be written down. If we cannot, you will get that answer instead - within one business day.
What happens next
- 01We reply within one business day and propose a time.
- 02We draft your criteria document and send it back for corrections. Nothing is delivered until you approve it.
- 03If we can meet the standard, we quote per billable inquiry. If we cannot, we say so.
We do not sell or share what you submit here, and we do not use it for anything other than responding to your enquiry.
Fit check
Who this way of working suits.
We are aligned if
- You believe the buyer should define what qualifies.
- You will put your acceptance rules in writing.
- You want the screening record, not just the contact.
- You are prepared to return outcomes so the standard can improve.
We are not aligned if
- You want the cheapest possible lead, whatever the standard.
- You want guaranteed signed cases or published result figures.
- You would rather keep the definition of qualified informal.
Fair questions
What firms ask about all this.
- Is this just a lead generation company with better wording?
- The difference is where the definition lives. Your criteria are written, versioned and inspectable, and every delivered inquiry carries the record showing how it met them.
- Are you a law firm?
- No. Stark Meridian Croft is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. Your firm makes every legal judgment about every person we deliver.
- Why no case studies?
- We publish results only when they are verified against a participating firm’s own records and the firm has consented in writing. Our reporting page explains the standard.
