Standards
What “screened” means here.
Two layers: a baseline every inquiry must clear, and the firm-specific rules your practice sets on top of it.
01
Layer one: applied to every inquiry.
| Check | Requirement | Failure means |
|---|---|---|
| Genuine request | The person asked for contact from a law firm about a motor vehicle accident or a work injury | Not delivered, not billed |
| Contact consent | Consent to be contacted is recorded with the submission | Not delivered, not billed |
| Reachable contact | A phone number or email in a valid format, confirmed with the person | Not delivered, not billed |
| Work-related injury | The person describes an injury arising from a motor vehicle accident or from their work | Not delivered, not billed |
| Adult inquirer | The person requesting contact is an adult, or an adult acting on their behalf | Handled separately under an agreed process |
| Not a duplicate | No matching record delivered to the same firm inside the agreed window | Not delivered, not billed |
| Represented check | The person states whether an attorney already represents them on the matter | Flagged or excluded per your rules |
02
Layer two: agreed before the first delivery.
These are the dimensions we ask you to decide. We use them to pre-qualify inquiries before they reach your intake team.
| Dimension | What you decide | Recorded as |
|---|---|---|
| Geography | States or regions you serve | Location stated by the person |
| Injury types | Which injuries and occupational conditions you take | Injury description and category |
| Employment status | Employment or accident classifications specific to your criteria | Employment situation at time of injury |
| Timing | How recent the injury or claim event must be | Date of injury and date of claim event as stated |
| Claim status | New matters, delayed claims, denied claims, or all of these | Claim status as stated by the person |
| Language | Which languages your intake and attorneys can genuinely serve | Stated contact-language preference |
| Exclusions | Matters you never want, including conflicts and employer exclusions | Exclusion checks run before delivery |
03
The limits of pre-qualification.
Screening records what the person tells us and checks it against your rules. It does not verify employment records, medical causation, or claim details, and it cannot determine whether a matter is legally viable.
A screened inquiry is a person who asked for help and fits your stated criteria. Whether the matter is worth taking is the attorney’s judgment, and whether it converts depends on your intake process.
Where a person’s account is unclear or inconsistent, we do not treat it as qualifying simply to make it billable.
If a delivered inquiry does not match the agreed criteria, the credit policy explains when a credit applies.
Discuss your criteria
Your requirements become our qualification criteria.
Tell us which MVA and workers’ compensation inquiries your firm wants and which it does not. We use that information to set the criteria before launch.
