The complete offer

Who decides what counts as a qualified inquiry at your firm - you, or your vendor?

Choose screened MVA and workers’ compensation inquiries, live phone transfers, or signed cases, including signed commercial cases and catastrophic commercial cases. The ten decisions below explain our screened-inquiry service; live transfers and signed cases are also offered and are scoped on a call.

For established plaintiff-side MVA and workers’ compensation firms with room to take on more cases.

Criteria agreed before launch · Pace capped by you · No obligation

Why firms read this page

Buying inquiries without agreed criteria is buying someone else’s definition of qualified.

  • Your intake team disqualifies callers all morning, and none of that time is billable.

  • Vendors sell volume, then decide what counted as quality after the invoice is issued.

  • Without agreed criteria, there is no clear basis for deciding what should be delivered or billed.

How the offer works

Four moves, in this order, every time.

We agree on the qualification criteria before launch, then adjust the criteria or volume if needed.

  1. 01

    Agree what qualifies

We agree on your qualification criteria before launch.

  2. 02

    Screen against that standard

We pre-qualify inquiries against those criteria and verify leads where appropriate.

  3. 03

    Deliver exclusively, at your pace

One inquiry, one firm, capped to the volume and budget your firm set.

  4. 04

    Review and adjust

Qualification criteria or volume can be adjusted as we learn what works best for your intake team.

Fit check

The offer works when the operating conditions are real.

You are ready if

  • Clear criteria for the matters your firm wants and declines
  • Intake coverage able to respond within an agreed window
  • Available case capacity and a defined acquisition budget
  • A team willing to share basic performance feedback

Wait, or talk to us first, if

  • You want a guaranteed number of signed cases.
  • Nobody at the firm can state why an inquiry gets declined.
  • You want volume that exceeds what intake can answer.
  • You expect a price before the criteria are agreed.

Before you choose a route

The questions firms ask on this page.

Do you offer live transfers and signed cases as well?
Yes. We offer live phone transfers that connect a prospective client directly to your firm, plus signed cases, including signed commercial cases and catastrophic commercial cases. A screened inquiry or live transfer is not itself a signed case. Discuss the service you want, its delivery requirements, and pricing with our team.
What is a signed commercial case?
A signed commercial case is a motor vehicle accident case with commercial insurance available, such as a trucking case. A catastrophic commercial case is a motor vehicle accident case with commercial insurance available and injuries verified to be catastrophic.
Do we have to take all ten of these?
No. They describe one service from ten angles. Open whichever decision matters to your firm first; the standard underneath is the same.
Does a delivered inquiry mean a signed case?
No. It gives your intake team a person to assess against your own criteria. Your firm decides on representation.
What does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per billable inquiry against your written standard, once that standard exists. No universal price, volume or result is promised on this page.

A qualifying inquiry is not a retained client. Your firm remains responsible for contacting each person, assessing legal suitability, and deciding whether to offer representation.
