Commercial terms
A growing caseload, at a price and a limit you chose.
You pay per qualified inquiry, inside a budget you set - so the cost of growth is never a surprise. We do not publish a rate card: price depends on your jurisdiction, injury types, language requirements, and how narrow your criteria are, so it is quoted against your written criteria, not before them. You know the price before launch, the pilot has a defined limit, and there is no automatic top-up.
01
The model
A billable event, defined in advance for each product.
Each product (screened inquiries, live transfers, signed cases, and signed commercial or catastrophic commercial cases) has its own billable event, defined in writing and priced against your criteria before launch. There is no published rate card.
Per billable inquiry
You pay for a delivered inquiry that met the agreed criteria. Inquiries that do not meet those criteria are not delivered or billed.
Capped spending
A weekly delivery cap and a total pilot budget. When the cap is reached, delivery stops until you raise it.
No retainer or setup fee
There is no monthly platform charge during the pilot. You are buying inquiries, not a subscription.
Credits by rule
If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed criteria, the agreed credit terms apply.
02
The pilot
A capped pilot, designed to produce a decision.
The pilot tests whether this lead channel works for your firm while keeping volume and spending within limits you set.
- 01
Qualification criteria and price agreed
We agree on the qualification criteria and price per qualifying lead before launch.
- 02
Fixed budget cap and weekly volume cap
Both are set by you. Spending cannot exceed the cap without your written instruction.
- 03
Launch lead generation
We generate leads in the agreed geography and pre-qualify them against your criteria.
- 04
Exclusive lead delivery
Qualifying leads are delivered exclusively to your firm. Your team handles intake, evaluation, and retention.
- 05
Simple review at the end
We review lead volume, qualification, and basic performance feedback, then adjust criteria or volume if needed.
03
Before we start
What we need from you.
If any of these are missing, a pilot produces noise instead of an answer, and we will say so.
| Condition | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Agreed qualification criteria | They define which inquiries are pre-qualified, delivered, and billed |
| Intake coverage | Someone available to respond inside the agreed window, in the languages advertised |
| Available case capacity | Room to take on the matters, so delivered inquiries are not left sitting |
| An agreed budget | A bounded amount that does not depend on immediate case proceeds |
| Basic performance feedback | Contact, consultation, and retention feedback helps both sides evaluate the channel. |
04
Arithmetic
Judge the price on cost per retained matter.
The table is arithmetic on a hypothetical price. It is not a benchmark and not a forecast.
| Billable-inquiry-to-retained rate | Lead spending per retained client |
|---|---|
| 10% | $2,000 |
| 20% | $1,000 |
| 30% | about $667 |
These figures exclude intake labor and other acquisition costs. Compare total acquisition cost against expected collected fees after case-delivery costs and collection timing. We have no verified performance results to publish yet, and we will not present arithmetic as though it were one - see results and accountability.
