Issue review: questions answered

The evidence, timing, and written terms used when a delivered inquiry appears to miss the standard.

← Return to A clear path for leads that miss the criteria

A credit review checks the lead against the agreed criteria, not the eventual case outcome.

01

What qualifies for review

The difference between a criteria discrepancy and an inquiry that simply did not become a client.

What counts as a screening failure?

A delivered inquiry that does not meet the agreed qualification criteria - for example, outside the agreed market or already represented when the record claims otherwise. Outcome alone is not the test.

What do we submit when we raise an issue?

Identify the criterion the lead did not meet inside the agreed credit window, with any relevant intake note.

02

How review is resolved

The window, evidence, and pre-agreed terms used to reach a decision.

How long do we have to raise a credit request?

The review window is agreed in writing before launch. Raise the discrepancy inside it and the written terms apply - there is no deadline invented after the fact.

What is the resolution when a delivery genuinely failed?

Whatever the agreement states - credit or replacement eligibility, set in advance. Resolution follows the written terms, not a fresh negotiation each time.

Is an unreachable caller or an unsigned client a credit?

Only where the agreed criteria were not met. A person your firm could not reach, or chose not to represent, is not automatically a screening failure.
