Before an inquiry qualifies
What is asked, who sets the standard, and what happens when an inquiry does not meet it.
What questions are asked before an inquiry reaches us?
The questions from your agreed qualification criteria: where the injury occurred, whether it was work-related, whether the person is currently represented, and any exclusions your firm stated. Nothing is asked that we did not agree in advance.
Read the supporting answer →Can we change the screening questions after launch?
Yes, in writing. Criteria are versioned, and a revision applies forward from the agreed date. Deliveries made under the earlier version are still measured against it.
What happens to callers who fail screening?
They are not delivered and not billed. Only inquiries that meet the agreed criteria reach your intake team.

When the record reaches intake
How the inquiry arrives, what it means, and how a discrepancy is reviewed.
How does a delivered inquiry reach our intake team?
To the destination you nominate - an inbox, a CRM, or an intake queue - as soon as screening completes. The delivery format is agreed before launch.
Does a delivered inquiry mean a signed case?
No. A delivered inquiry gives your intake team a screened person to assess. Whether to offer representation is your firm's decision, and no outcome is promised.
Read the supporting answer →What if a delivered inquiry clearly fails the criteria?
Raise it inside the agreed credit window and identify the criterion the lead did not meet. The agreed credit terms apply.
