Your questions
What do we receive?
A delivered inquiry includes the person’s contact information, recorded screening answers, and the screening answers showing how the inquiry met your firm’s agreed criteria.
The record your intake team receives
Each delivery is intended to give your intake team enough structured information to begin its own conversation. The record identifies the person, preserves the answers collected during screening, and states how those answers aligned with the criteria in effect when the inquiry was delivered.
The exact fields are settled before launch. They should reflect the facts your firm needs to decide whether an intake conversation is worth pursuing, without presenting the screening as a legal conclusion.
- 01Name and agreed contact details
- 02Answers to the agreed screening questions
- 03Campaign and delivery timestamp
- 04A record of the criteria used to qualify the inquiry
What the record does not decide
A qualification record is not a case evaluation, a conflicts check, legal advice, or a promise that the person will retain your firm. Your attorneys and intake professionals remain responsible for follow-up, verification, legal assessment, and the decision to offer representation.
Agree the useful fields before launch
Before traffic begins, we review the proposed questions and delivery format with your firm. That is the point to identify required facts, remove questions that do not affect intake, and confirm who should receive each record. Clear inputs make the delivery more useful and make later issue review more objective.
