Service and Advertising Disclosure

Plain statements about what this business is, how it earns money, and how a participating firm ends up contacting an injured person.

01What Stark Meridian Croft is

Stark Meridian Croft is a marketing and lead generation business. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice or legal services, and it does not represent injured people. All content on this website and on our consumer advertising is advertising material.

02How we are paid

Participating law firms pay us for the services they buy from us: screened inquiries, live phone transfers, signed cases, and signed commercial and catastrophic commercial cases. Each service has its own billable event, defined in writing and priced against the firm's criteria before launch.

  • Screened inquiry: delivery of an inquiry that met the firm's written criteria.
  • Live phone transfer: a screened person connected by phone to the firm's intake team.
  • Signed cases: the billable event set out in the firm's written agreement for that service.

We are not paid a share of any legal fee, settlement, or recovery, and our payment does not depend on the outcome of any matter.

03No recommendation or endorsement

We do not evaluate, rank, endorse, or recommend law firms or attorneys, and we do not operate a lawyer referral service certified by the State Bar of California. A firm’s participation means it purchased inquiries meeting its criteria in a defined service area. It is not a statement about that firm’s quality, experience, or suitability for any particular matter.

04How a firm is matched

An inquiry is routed to a participating firm because the inquiry matches that firm’s written criteria - its service area, matter types, language capability, and capacity - not because we judged that firm best for the person.

05What injured people should expect

  • Submitting a request means asking to be contacted by a participating law firm.
  • Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. Only the firm can establish one, and only the firm decides whether to take a matter.
  • There is no cost or obligation to submit a request, and a person can decline contact at any time.
  • No outcome is promised. Past results, where any are ever published, do not predict future results.

06Accuracy of our advertising

Our consumer advertising describes what the service is and what happens next. We do not claim to be a law firm, do not use language implying a guaranteed result, and do not advertise in a language a participating firm cannot genuinely serve.
