When the criteria are wrong, who at your vendor can actually change them?
Talk to our team about MVA and workers’ compensation inquiries, live phone transfers, signed cases, signed commercial cases, and catastrophic commercial cases. We agree the criteria before launch and deliver qualifying leads exclusively to your firm.

Why founder-led matters here
In most vendor relationships, the person who made the promise is gone by delivery.
The standard is agreed with a salesperson and applied by somebody who never heard the conversation.
When a delivery is wrong, nobody in the chain has authority to change how screening works.
Your account passes to a queue, and the criteria quietly drift from what you agreed.

Founder
Connor Erickson
Stark Meridian Croft
Our team works directly with firms to define criteria, determine fit, and structure delivery before launch.
Connor runs Stark Meridian Croft around a straightforward premise: a law firm should know what it is buying before delivery begins. That means defining the market, screening questions, qualifying answers, exclusions, price, capacity, and issue-review process in writing.
The role is commercial, not legal. Stark Meridian Croft supplies screened inquiries and the supporting lead record. Your firm contacts each person, evaluates legal suitability, and decides whether to offer representation.
Connor Erickson has worked in lead aggregation for seven years across several verticals, including campaigns across the U.S. for personal injury firms. He was mentored by an executive vice president of a Fortune 500 company, specializes in marketing, and brings experience in consumer behavioral psychology. Firms deal directly with the person accountable for delivery, and we serve a limited number of firms per market.

- 01We reply within one business day and propose a time.
- 02We draft your criteria document and send it back for corrections. Nothing is delivered until you approve it.

We do not sell or share what you submit here, and we do not use it for anything other than responding to your enquiry.
