Request a quote
What would you pay for an inquiry that already meets your written standard?
Give us the market you serve, the matters you want, the ones you reject, and the pace your intake can handle. We price against that standard - not against a generic lead template.
For plaintiff-side MVA and workers’ compensation firms with capacity to take on more cases.
No price before criteria · Pace capped by you · Reply within one business day
Why a quote needs your criteria
A price quoted before the standard exists is a number with nothing behind it.
Per-lead pricing hides the intake hours spent disqualifying matters that never fit.
Without your exclusions in writing, any quote is priced against someone else’s definition of qualified.
A pace nobody capped becomes volume your intake cannot answer - paid for in advance.
How the quote is produced
Four steps, and the price comes last.
Each step is written down, and you can stop after any of them.
- 01
You provide the inputs
Market, matter criteria, recent rejections, intake coverage, monthly capacity and budget ceiling.
- 02
We assess whether the standard is workable
If the service areas, languages or matter types are outside what we can screen for, you hear that first.
- 03
We document the billable standard
Screening questions, qualifying answers and exclusions, sent back for your corrections.
- 04
Only then is a price proposed
A price per billable inquiry and a capped pilot. No universal price, volume or result is promised here.
What you walk away with
A standard you can hold us to.
- 01
A written screening standard
The definition of billable, in your firm’s words, before any spend is committed.
- 02
A straight answer on fit
Including the answer that we cannot meet the standard, when that is the case.
- 03
A capped pilot proposal
Priced per billable inquiry, paced to the capacity you stated on this form.
Fit check
Who should send this form, and who should call first.
Send the form if
- You can state your geography, matter criteria and exclusions in writing.
- You know roughly how many inquiries intake can absorb each month.
- You have a planning range for acquisition budget.
- You are prepared to return outcomes on delivered inquiries.
Talk to us first if
- You want a price before the criteria are agreed.
- You expect a guaranteed number of signed cases.
- You would rather buy unscreened contact volume.
- Your practice area is outside MVA and workers’ compensation, for now.
Before you send it
The questions we are asked first.
- Why can you not just send a price list?
- Because the price depends on how narrow the standard is. A firm serving one focused market is not buying the same thing as a firm operating nationwide.
- Does sending this commit us to anything?
- No. No campaign, price or obligation is created by this request. Nothing is delivered until both sides hold the same written standard.
- What if our criteria change later?
- They can. Criteria are versioned and revised in writing, and changes apply forward from the agreed date rather than retroactively.
Your next step
Give us the inputs and we will tell you what the standard costs.
If your criteria are not written down yet, start with the criteria conversation instead. Either route ends with the same document.
