Your questions

What does it cost?

Pricing is agreed per qualifying inquiry before launch. The rate depends on the market, screening criteria, delivery terms, language needs, and realistic volume available for the campaign.

Why there is no single posted rate

A broad campaign in one market does not have the same acquisition difficulty as a narrow campaign in another. Jurisdiction, geography, injury filters, language capability, response requirements, exclusivity, and volume all affect the work required to produce an inquiry that meets the written standard.

We therefore quote the billable-inquiry rate against a defined criteria document. Your firm can evaluate the offer before any delivery begins.

What to evaluate beyond price per inquiry

The commercially useful measure is not the cheapest inquiry. Track spend alongside contact, assessment, and retention outcomes. Dividing acquisition spend by retained clients can estimate lead spend per retained client, but it is not a return guarantee and does not include every intake or case cost.

  • 01Agreed rate and billable definition
  • 02Delivery cap aligned with intake capacity
  • 03Credit and issue-review terms
  • 04Outcome reporting needed to evaluate the channel

What your quote should settle

A proposal should identify the criteria version, price, expected delivery range or cap, invoicing terms, review window, and any conditions that could change the rate. Volume is not promised where market availability has not been established.
