Are inquiries exclusive?
Exclusive delivery is the default offer: a delivered inquiry goes to your firm and is not simultaneously sold to another participating firm, subject to the scope written into your agreement.
What exclusivity means here
For an exclusive campaign, Stark Meridian Croft does not send the same delivered inquiry to a second participating firm or recycle it into another buyer’s campaign. Your agreement should state the applicable campaign, market, and period so the commitment is clear.
What exclusivity cannot promise
Exclusivity concerns our delivery. It does not mean the person has contacted only one lawyer, will answer your call, or will refrain from seeking another opinion independently. Those actions are outside our control and are not evidence by themselves that we shared the record.
Confirm the operating terms
Before launch, confirm which office or intake team receives the inquiry, whether transfers within your organization are permitted, and how duplicate or previously known contacts are handled. If any campaign uses shared delivery, that arrangement and its pricing should be identified explicitly rather than implied.
