Your questions
What should we discuss with your team?
Discuss your target market, desired matters, screening rules, intake coverage, case capacity, budget, delivery terms, and the outcomes your firm can report.
Start with the work your firm wants
Describe the jurisdiction and states or regions you serve, the motor vehicle accident and workplace-injury matters you are prepared to assess, any firm exclusions, and the language capabilities your intake and legal teams can genuinely support. Concrete boundaries are more useful than a request for ‘good leads.’
Bring the operating constraints
Be ready to discuss who answers new inquiries, hours of coverage, realistic weekly capacity, current follow-up process, and the acquisition budget available for a pilot. These details help set a delivery pace the firm can actually work.

Questions the conversation should answer
Before launch, both sides should understand what a delivered record contains, what makes it billable, how exclusivity works, what the rate and cap are, how a disputed delivery is reviewed, and how results will be measured. If those points cannot be made clear in writing, the campaign is not ready.
The conversation is exploratory. It does not obligate your firm to buy inquiries, and it should not end with a performance promise that the available evidence cannot support.
